This C-Mount cine lens intended for 16mm cameras has a very soft and swirly bokeh, with lots of color fringing. Its hard to tame, but can give very impressionistic results, a rare lens made by Kilfitt. It is only in C-mount, with an image circle that almost covers APS-C when focused close. Wide open there is a lot of glow around highlights, but by f2 it has improved considerably, without much change in the bokeh. The outside part of the image circle obviously was not meant to be used, but it can be very interesting if one is focused close, in terms of the famous “swirly bokeh” that many like.
