VALOI easy120 6×7 Holder

The easy120 system includes four Medium Format Holder options: a universal holder (included with the easy120 system) that supports all medium format roll film up to 6×9, plus three format-specific holders. These format-specific holders have apertures that closely match the film size, helping to block out excess light and providing precise framing for your chosen 120 format.

These holders fit into the easy120 system like any other compatible holder. Swapping holders is quick and easy thanks to the new holder lock mechanism.

• Reduces reflections with matte black plastic and carefully angled anti-reflective surfaces
• Quick-advance system simply push or pull the film through, avoiding the hassle of traditional clamshell designs

• Optimised for full rolls it can be used with cut strips, but flatness may vary

How It Works:

The VALOI easy120 holders allow film to pass through a thin slit that runs through the entire holder and exits on the other side. This lets you push or pull the film through quickly, making scanning far more efficient compared to traditional clamshell holders.

Like all VALOI holders, they use a double-S curve design, which slightly bends the film before and after the scanning gate. This gentle curve helps keep the film flatter than a straight slit would allow.

Holder Lock Mechanism:

The easy120 unit has a metal housing with a spring-loaded ball bearing system to hold the film holder securely in place. Simply push the holder in until it clicks to lock it. This mechanism ensures a firm hold while still allowing for quick, effortless removalno tools required.

Compatibility:

The easy120 holders are compatible with all easy120 units. However, they are not compatible with the VALOI 360 system or the VALOI easy35 system.
