This Leica IIIf (Silver, Black Dial), #583102, is in great condition with minor handling wear. I rate it cosmetically a (9). The camera is in proper working order; film advances properly, the viewfinder is clear, the shutter is accurate at all speeds, and the rangefinder is accurate, although the rangefinder patch is very dim. The included Leica 5cm f2 Summitar lens (Silver, Collapsible), #977808, is in similar condition, also rated a (9). The lens extends and retracts properly and the aperture ring is smooth, but the focus ring is a bit stiff. The aperture functions properly and the glass has no marks or fungus, but there’s some faint haze and dust inside. This camera includes a front lens cap, but no rear lens cap or body cap.
